In Alfred’s travels at sea, he once crossed paths with a deadly siren, with whom he traded a fortune in rare pearls for what is now the legendary Palm Breeze recipe — or so the story goes. Alfred Lamb produced his fine products in the tradition of the greatest Caribbean rums, using only the finest sugar cane. Lamb’s Palm Breeze Amber Rum continues the tradition to this day.
